1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
Visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) of 3D Dinner Show – Le Petit Chef: Online Reservation Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) agree to abide by the following terms of use (the “Terms and Conditions”) prior to purchasing seats for the Le Petit Chef, 3D Dinner Show experience (including online purchases or in-person purchases at the hotel or restaurant):
“Seats“ or ‘Event’ refers to the Le Petit Chef/Dinner Time Story show. We are authorized to sell you seats.
“We” refers to the organizer. “Us” and “Our” are to be understood accordingly.
“You” refers to the seat purchaser or anyone acting with your authority or permission at our reasonable discretion. ‘Yours’ is to be understood accordingly.
2. PLACES
1) All prices are in euros (€) and include the service charge and VAT.
2) All places for the Le Petit Chef events at the respective venues are sold subject to availability and these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your purchase. Completion of the reservation process is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) Confirmation of the purchase of seats for an event will be sent to the email address you provided in the system if the purchase is successful.
4) The seat allocation for the event is based on availability and the arrangement on site by the operator (projector location, etc.). It is not possible to change or reserve a specific seat.
5) To be admitted to the event, you must present a valid booking confirmation.
6) The booking confirmation is only valid for the day of the event and the booked time.
7) 1 (one) seat can only be booked for 1 (one) person.
8) Resale of already reserved seats is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel one or more resold seats.
9) Any use of the websites lepetitchef.de / lepetitchef.com and their contents and data for illegal activities, as well as for the purpose of selling or reselling seats, for advertising or business purposes or otherwise obtaining benefits, including the resale of seats, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the organizer.
We reserve the right to impose a penalty of up to €10,000 on any customer found to be in breach of this provision.
10) We do not accept liability for lost, stolen or destroyed Booking Confirmations.
11) We are only responsible for bookings made at a point of sale managed by ourselves.
12) Ownership or possession of a booking confirmation does not give you any rights (implied or otherwise) to use, alter, copy or otherwise trade in the symbols, trademarks and/or logos that appear on the booking confirmation. This also includes intellectual property rights.
13) Any reservation or confirmation of a reservation obtained in violation of these Terms and Conditions is void. Any rights conferred or created by such a reservation are void. Any person attempting to use such an invalid reservation to gain access to a Le Petit Chef event or to gain entry will be considered an intruder. This will result in expulsion from the event and legal action will be taken. Invalid reservations are non-refundable.
14) Reservations made can be transferred to another person. Please notify us of such a change at least 4 (four) hours before the booked time at: [email protected]. However, the wishes regarding the dishes or menu cannot be changed. These are based on the original booking.
15) By carrying out an action (including making a reservation, booking or purchasing a voucher) on the booking website, the customer confirms:
a. that they are a customer (m/f/d) who is at least 18 years old and has full passive and active legal capacity to use the website.
b. that, if the customer is a legal entity, they are its representative with full authority to use the services of the platform on behalf of this legal entity and to enter into all obligations for this legal entity.
c. The customer has read, fully understood and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Le Petit Chef (2spicy.de) online service.
d. If the customer is under the age of 18, the customer must provide written proof of the presence or signature of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
1) The price of your reservation corresponds to the price set at the time of acceptance of your online order.
2) If you pay by credit card, you will find the payment transaction on your credit card statement under the name “Le Petit Chef”.
3) Individual discount/promotion codes do not apply in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or bonus cards.
4. CHANGES TO THE EVENT
The organizer or the operator of the event location reserves the right to postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or terminate the event due to technical problems, dangerous situations or other important reasons that are beyond reasonable control.
5. LIABILITY
1) In the event of a change to the event as mentioned in point 4, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH or the operator of the event location is not liable for costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or other related services.
2) Decisions to postpone or delay events on site are beyond the control of the organizer, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH. 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH is not liable and offers no compensation or reimbursement of costs incurred. A full refund (excluding the booking price) will be granted if the organizer, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH, cancels the event.
6. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF AN EVENT
It is your responsibility to find out whether the event has been cancelled or postponed, and to find out the date and time of a rescheduled event. In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, the organizer, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH, will use its best efforts to inform you.
7. USE OF INFORMATION AND DATA
In order to facilitate the purchase of seats or the provision of other services, data is collected from those who register on the Le Petit Chef homepage.
8. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO THE 3D DINNER SHOW
1) You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Le Petit Chef/3D Dinner Show. If a guest is under the age of 18, the presence and signature of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years or older is required.
2) Punctuality is of the essence for the 3D Dinner Show experience. We recommend arriving no later than 20 (twenty) minutes before the start of the show. If you arrive late and the show has already started, the organizer will not repeat the parts you have missed, and no refund will be given.
3) The organizer does not guarantee that the prepared dishes are free of common allergens such as nuts, dairy products, gluten, etc. We recommend that you take a close look at the menu on our website before booking the event.
4) You are responsible for your own health and safety. You must take all precautions, with regard to your health condition, including diabetes, food allergies and intolerances, etc., without recourse to the organizer.
5) The organizer or the local operator reserves the right to refuse or prohibit you from entering the event venue in justified cases, e.g. in the event of health and safety issues, for licensing reasons or if a booking is invalid.
6) The organizer and/or the operator on site also reserves the right to ask you to leave the event venue at any time and for any valid reason. They can take all appropriate measures to enforce this right.
7) For example, the organizer on site can remove anyone who:
a) behaves in a manner that, in the reasonable opinion of the organizer, disturbs, has disturbed or may disturb the entertainment of other customers; and/or
b) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior, or provokes in any way, or behaves in a way that could disturb the peace of the organizer and other customers; and / or
c) is, in the reasonable opinion of the organizer, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8) You are obliged to follow the instructions and directions of the organizer, the staff and the stewards on duty. Anyone refused entry due to their own behavior, as described in the above examples, but not exclusively, will not receive a refund.
9) You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event itself, including death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

10. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
1. The use of any device to record or transmit (by digital or other means) audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data at the venue is strictly prohibited, unless it is for personal use and sharing on personal social media.
For photos or videos for promotional or business purposes, please contact: [email protected].
2. Unauthorized recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed. Any recording made during the event constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions and automatically belongs to the organizer. The organizer is not liable for loss, theft or damage of confiscated items.
3. The organizer reserves the right to use photos/videos taken at an event of Le Petit Chef 3D-Dinnershow without the express written permission of the persons depicted in the photo/video. The organizer may use the photo/video in publications or other media materials produced, used or commissioned by the organizer, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
4. Any person who does not want an image taken or distributed of him/her must notify the organizer in writing of his/her concern and attach his/her photo. The organizer will use the photo for identification purposes and will treat it confidentially.
5. The following are strictly prohibited at the event venue:
a) animals;
b) personal food and beverage (unless authorized by the Organizer);
c) bottles, cans or glass containers (unless authorized by the Organizer);
d) any item that may be considered a potential weapon, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives);
e) the use or possession of illegal substances
f) professional/commercial recording equipment (except as permitted by the Organizer).
6. You agree to comply with the instructions of the Organizer's authorized personnel to conduct a search for prohibited items, including weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
7. The organizer, the owner of the venue, the sponsors, the subcontractors, their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage caused during the stay at the venue or during the event, nor shall they be liable for a postponement of the Le Petit Chef 3D Dinner Show. The purchaser of the space purchases and accepts the space voluntarily and assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, including death, bodily injury, loss, damage, and liability.
8. The organizer has the absolute right to completely cancel any 3D Dinner Show event under the following conditions, which are deemed unsafe, (with a full refund being given only for the purchased place):
a. Power failure originating from the venue operator.
b. Flooding, hurricane, earthquake or other force majeure event at the venue.
c. Any politically-related restriction/strike/curfew at the venue or in its vicinity.
12. REFUNDS
1) Purchased seats cannot be refunded or canceled after purchase, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer itself.
2) If an event is canceled by the organizer, you have the choice of changing the date or requesting a refund of the payment made. If you choose to be refunded, this process may take up to 14 working days.
3) If the event is postponed, the seats purchased for the original date are valid for the new date, unless otherwise notified.
13. GIFT VOUCHERS
These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers purchased.
Redemption
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 3 years of purchase (“expiration date”). Any remaining credit will be added to your gift voucher account until the expiration date, after which it can no longer be used.
Gift certificates can only be redeemed on www.lepetitchef.de/gutschein for products that are eligible for purchase with gift certificates. They cannot be redeemed on other platforms.
Gift certificates can only be redeemed via the regular order form in the online store (shopping cart) or in one of our official partner locations where Le Petit Chef takes place.
If the value of the voucher is not sufficient for your order, you can pay the difference with another of our authorized payment methods.
Only one gift voucher can be used for an order. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.
General
For the redemption of the gift voucher at www.lepetitchef.de/gutschein and in our official fan shops, the general terms and conditions and privacy policy of 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH apply, which can be accessed on the respective website.
When ordering a gift voucher, the complete payment data must be provided on the order form. It is not possible to add the information at a later date.
Voucher orders can only be canceled within two weeks of purchase.
2Spicy Entertainment GmbH may provide the purchaser of gift vouchers with information about the status of the redemption of the gift voucher.
Restrictions
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed outside of the online booking at www.lepetitchef.de. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed on other than the approved websites.
It is not possible to retroactively apply a gift certificate. The balance of a gift certificate does not accrue interest and cannot be paid out in cash.
Gift certificates or gift certificate balances cannot be paid out in cash, recharged, transferred for value, offset against outstanding claims or transferred to another customer account. Resale of gift certificates is also not permitted.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of vouchers.
Liability and risk of loss
2Spicy Entertainment GmbH does not assume any liability for typos in the e-mail address of the gift certificate recipient. Likewise, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH does not assume any liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of gift certificates.
Fraud
In the event of fraud, attempted fraud or suspicion of other illegal activity in connection with a gift voucher purchase or redemption, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH is entitled to close the relevant customer accounts and/or demand an alternative method of payment. There is no entitlement to activation or payment of affected vouchers.
